• What is SecureOffice?

  TribeTech's SecureOffice is a comprehensive IT solution designed to provide many of the standard IT functions for your business. This allows you to focus on growing your business and not managing your IT.

• Do you do everything for me?

  We provide all the standard IT functions, including:

  • Networking (switches, WiFi)
  • Backups
  • Firewalls
  • Endpoint security
  • Server management
  • Desktop/Laptop/Device management
  • Internet/WAN management
  • Hosted PBX
  • Security auditing and vulnerability management
  • Virtual CIO support
  • Quarterly Business Reviews

• Do I get unlimited support?

  Yes! Our generous fair use policy allows us to help your business grow through the effective use of modern IT. Our focus is not to charge you for each support call.

• How is SecureOffice priced?

  We have a standard per-user pricing model.

   

• What if some of my staff are part-time?

  That’s ok! TribeTech will definitely take that into account. Keep in mind that even part-time staff require computers and software licences.

• What happens if a user has multiple devices?

  Not a problem! We are in the 21^st century, after all. Most of us have at least a computer and a mobile device, and some have more. These are all covered within our fair use policy.

• What costs are not included?

  Some costs are specific to each business and some businesses use specific services more than others. Therefore, these are billed separately. These additional costs include:

  • Software licensing (e.g. Microsoft 365, application licences, etc). That's because everyone has unique requirements!
  • Voice usage
  • Internet services
  • Domain names
  • Website hosting costs

  You are also responsible for the cost of any hardware you require (e.g. computers, laptops, servers, monitors, cables etc.). These are assets that you own.

  We can provide and manage these as part of the overall solution.

• Are you able to manage a portion of my IT?

  SecureOffice is designed to provide an ‘all of IT’ solution. It does not fit well for companies that are looking for help with a portion of their IT.

  However, talk to us about our co-managed IT services. These may be a better fit for you.

• Does my business need every component of SecureOffice?

  Generally speaking, yes. However, we do recognise that some businesses may have unique models where not all components are utilised.

  Talk to us if you feel like this describes your business. We can be flexible.

• Do you provide 24/7 support?

  Definitely! Our Tribe is here for you for business-critical faults and issues. Less severe issues will be handled the next working day.

• Do you have a guarantee?

  Yes - We have a satisfaction guarantee. If we cannot deliver what we have proposed, we will release you from the remaining term of your contract and assist in the handover to an alternate provider at no additional charge for our effort.

• What charges apply if I decide to leave?

  You will need to pay out (or continue to pay for) costs associated with Internet/WAN services, licensing costs or other services where a fixed term agreement has been entered into.

• How long are your contracts?

  Our standard contracts are usually 12 months long. We can also commit to longer-term engagements for clients that need that certainty of support for extended periods.

  It is not our intention to lock clients into long term contracts that at the end of the day, may not be in their best interests. We are looking for a win-win scenario. We have found over many years the best way to keep clients happy and wanting to continue to do business with us is to continually deliver on our promises.
